Solid software, some minor gripes

The setup process was mostly intuitive, and the video hosting worked without a hitch for all my sessions, even with over 100 attendees. Delivery of the access details was instant after purchase. I did have a small issue with the CRM sync not connecting properly the first time, which took a quick chat with support to sort out. They were responsive, though. Overall, good value for the price, but that initial hiccup could be smoother for new users. The polls and handouts feature was great for engagement.
